Dog Can’t Believe Her Eyes When She Sees Who’s Standing Outside The Door

Oh, I defiantly sobbed.

Sofie, a beautiful German shepherd, and her father Austin have been best friends ever since Sofie was a little puppy.

Sofie’s mother, Ally Ross, told The Dodo, “She loves him so much.”

But this year, Sofie and Austin had to spend a lot of time apart because of their personal situations.

Austin, a soldier in the American military, was called up earlier this year for a six-month deployment. Sadly, that meant he would have to interrupt his regular schedule of enjoying himself and loving Sofie.

Sofie was unable to really comprehend it.

Ross added, “She would still walk into our bedroom after he departed and look for him.

Thankfully, Austin wouldn’t be gone permanently.

Austin was able to return home last month after completing his assignment. Ross made the decision to capture the moment he knocked on Sofie’s door to surprise her.

The dog was about to experience completeness once more.

Sofie could hardly believe her eyes as the door opened.

Sofie’s shock swiftly gave way to a flurry of love and enthusiasm. It was a reflection of what Sofie’s spirit yearned to experience every single day that Austin was gone.

Her dad has returned. Now their family is whole again.

It’s back to normal for Austin and Sofie now that he’s back, and how wonderful it is.

They go on runs and adventures together now that he’s at home, Ross added. Best friends for sure,
