Dog reacts with poignant emotion as he sees portrait of his passed away brother
Losing a dog would be devastating, and I have no idea how to cope with such a loss. Every dog lover has felt this way at one time or another. We have no control over those things, but we can at least preserve the memory of them.
It was a terrible loss for Smiff’s family when he died last month. The adorable pup has a special place in their hearts, however. His mother, Libby Davey, decided to order a painting of Smiff and put it in the living room so that he would not be forgotten. This is a thoughtful gift for a loyal dog. Libby, on the other hand, had no idea that Smiff’s fur brother, Frank, was grieving just as much as they were.
That is why it was so heartbreaking for Frank when he saw a picture of his deceased sibling on the wall. On FB, she wrote: “I think Frank knows that’s a painting of his brother.” The woman had captured the moving scene on camera. At least, that’s what it appears from his reaction. Look at this:
