The breeder a.ban.doned the 5-month-old Pomeranian because it was “too big to sell”, only to realize his mistake right now

With a whopping 434k followers on Instagram, Bertram the Pomeranian today has become a celebrity, but life hasn’t always been that flashy for this little dog.

As Jasper, Bertram spent his early life in a shelter after being a.ban.doned by his breeders for being too big to sell. But things changed when New York artist Kathy Grayson stumbled across Bert while browsing PetFinder one day.

When Bertram The Pomeranian was only five months old, a dog breeder a.ban.doned it.

While most breeders focus on breeding healthy, cheerful animals, it doesn’t matter if the animal doesn’t have the right ‘look’ for some breeders. This often results in inbreeding, not to mention the neglect and surrender of animals that are deemed unprofitable or of no benefit to the breeder.

Sadly, this is what happened to Bertie when he was deemed “too big to sell” and was carelessly left at a shelter in Tulsa.

The poor dog is given away as easily as you can take out the trash, but fortunately, his story has a happy ending. As soon as she caught his pictures online, it was definitely love at first sight.

Kathy, an artist from New York who immediately fell in love with the puppy, immediately decided to adopt it. Without hesitation, Kathy boarded a plane to Tulsa and drove to the spot to pick him up and take him to his new home in New York.

Ever since he arrived in New York, everyone he has encountered has been in love with this adorable dog.

Kathy initially posted a photo of Bert on her Instagram, but soon she was forced to create him an account of her own after realizing “people just wanted to see Bert!”.

And the puppy’s life has turned into a crazy adventure ever since, attending art openings, fairs, and even opera, all five years old!

He’s become an internet celebrity – and we bet that alone is enough to make his employer regret giving up on him!

Now Bert spends most of his time at The Hole, an art gallery in New York, where he has an extraordinary role as an ‘art connoisseur’ and visitors don’t just come to enjoy art. They even went to see Bert and even brought their pups to watch the internet superstar.

“I love when people come to the showroom to see Bertie or when they bring their dogs to see Bertie! The showroom is free and open to the public, so come and pamper him! ”Kathy said.

Bert’s vivid and adventurous life shows no signs of slowing down as the following dogs continue to soar!

Although his life is starting to get a little challenging, he currently enjoys living in NY.

“Bert is a great guy and makes people happy; Internet and social media built for cute animals, people need an antidote for all that bad things.” ”

He just turned five years old and celebrated his birthday in style.

And there will be many more happy years to come.
