The kind lady gave her coat to her dog, who had to wait outside in the cold

Kristina Hollie and her colleagues were waiting to catch a bus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, when they came across a lovely sight – a dog running an errand with his mother. The puppy’s mother is getting ready to go to the post office, but unfortunately, she couldn’t take the dog inside.

So she did what any dog-mom would do and carefully tied him to the tree outside, but what happened next warmed the hearts of everyone watching. Without even thinking, she took off her coat and put it on the dog.

She then zipped her coat and made sure he was securely and comfortably wrapped in a warm jacket.

“It was freezing and windy,” Hollie said. “I noticed that he was clearly trembling. Apparently, she saw too as she immediately took off her coat and covered the dog as he sat. Maybe she thought he would kick it out, so she bent over and pulled it up around him! ”

The good boy sat still while his mother wraps his coat around, he is very proud and excited to be wearing something cozy. Obviously, this lady would bring her furry friend indoors if she could, but since she wasn’t allowed, she wanted to make sure he was as comfortable as possible at the moment.

They shared a sweet love, and his mother started walking into the post office.
“As soon as she got up and walked past me, I told her that what she did was so sweet and thoughtful,” said Hollie. “She just replied:‘ Thanks! I don’t want him to be cold! ”Said Hollie.

The adorable dog was the center of attention as patiently sitting on the sidewalk, and people couldn’t resist stopping to take pictures or comment.

“I saw two or three other people walking past him and commented that he looked cute and very warm,” said Hollie.

Hollie’s bus finally arrived at her stop and it was time to say goodbye to the very proud dog wearing his mother’s coat.

It’s lovely to see people who really care about their pets and are willing to make personal sacrifices for the sake of the comfort and well-being of their pets.
