Tiny Dog Waits Every Day For A Visit From Her Favorite Mailman
He is her entire world
Frannie is the only one who gets as thrilled about the arrival of the postal truck. The puppy’s entire day revolves around it.
Frannie waits by the door every morning for the white truck to arrive in her cul-de-sac. As soon as she sees it, her entire body begins to tremble with excitement.
However, the 5-month-old longhaired Chihuahua shows no interest in receiving mail; she only has eyes for Dan, her mailman.
Frannie’s mother, Lisa Laskey, told The Dodo, “It’s a deep emotional connection.” The day after we brought her home, she fell in love with him.

On that fateful day, Laskey went outside to get the mail while carrying her new puppy. She stopped to briefly converse with Dan and asked if he would want to hold Frannie.
“He got out of his truck, made goofy faces at her, and allowed her to kiss him,” claimed Laskey. Since that day, it seems that this must now occur every day.
Dan has been a pillar of the community for years, always punctual and conscientious in his work. Laskey stated, “He has always been the friendliest mailman ever, and everyone in our neighborhood adores him.”
Laskey wasn’t very surprised that her dog immediately fell in love with Dan, but their sweet daily ritual never ceases to amaze her.
“Frannie will simply sit on her bed at the door and observe; she recognizes the white vehicle. “When the vehicle approaches, her body begins to shiver and she lets out a small yap to alert me that he has arrived,” Laskey explained. “I attempt to put on my shoes and be prepared for her, and I attach her leash. As soon as he approaches our mailbox, I’ll release her onto the driveway and let her run free. She rushes down the entire driveway till she reaches him… and he can’t help but grin; this makes his day.”

Frannie looks forward to Dan’s visits, so when he goes on vacation, it can be difficult for her.
Not only does Dan brighten Frannie’s day, but he also receives a lift while on his route from playing with the small dog.
“At this moment, I believe he is more excited to see her than she is to see him,” Laskey added. It has developed into a mutual relationship and special bond.
